Rental program summary

AppliRents provides pure appliance rentals. Customers rent the equipment for use during the agreement; they do not purchase it or build ownership rights.

Standard plans

  • 12-month plan: $99 per month, plus a $99 service fee. $198 is due before delivery.
  • 6-month plan: $129 per month, plus a $99 service fee. $228 is due before delivery.
  • 3-month plan: $159 per month, plus a $129 service fee. $288 is due before delivery.

Rental only

All appliances remain the property of AppliRents LLC. Rental payments do not apply toward ownership. No purchase, buyout, equity, or ownership option is offered.

Equipment condition

Brand-new equipment is guaranteed only at the initial installation of the 12-month plan. Shorter-term equipment may be new, open-box, or previously rented and AppliRents Certified. A repair replacement under any plan may be an equivalent certified unit rather than a new unit.

Installation and access

Approval requires an eligible Oregon service address, safe existing electric washer and dryer hookups, suitable venting, adequate access, installation photographs, adult access at delivery, and any required landlord permission. Additional access or extended-area fees must be disclosed before signing and payment.

Service area

AppliRents operates from Colton, Oregon. Addresses within 50 miles of the Colton operating base are in the standard service area. Oregon addresses beyond 50 miles are treated as extended-area service and may include a disclosed $49 fee, subject to route and fleet availability. Washington addresses are not served at launch.

Payments and renewal

A valid bank-issued debit or credit card and automatic-payment authorization are required. After the minimum term, the rental is expected to continue month to month at the existing plan rate until properly canceled and pickup is arranged. The final agreement will state the payment schedule, cancellation method, pickup notice, late fee, default process, and any early-termination charge.

Service and customer responsibility

Normal-use mechanical service is included. Customers are responsible for customer-caused service, misuse, unauthorized relocation, loss, theft, contamination, missing parts, and damage beyond ordinary wear, subject to the final agreement and applicable law.
